Cancellation Policy
We Get it! Things Happen! Here at TimberCreek Wax Studio, we require a 24 hour notice before scheduled appointment(s) to avoid any unnecessary charges to account. If an appointment is canceled within the 24 hour period, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to the client's account automatically. A 10 minute grace period will be given if running late to an appointment. However, if any later, the client is subject to canceling present services.
Our No-Show Policy includes being charged 50% of the services scheduled if the client does not call or text. After 1 no-show, the client is required to make a down payment of 50% of the services scheduled. After the 2nd no-show, the client will be required to pay 100% of the services when scheduling. If client no-shows for a 3rd-time, the client will be dropped from the client list. No exceptions will be given.
Note: there will be no refunds for any cancellation or no-show fee paid.
